What is a Will-Serve Letter?
The Will-Serve Letter will identify that the project is completely within the Gardnerville Water Company (GWC) boundaries. The Will-Serve Letter serves as notice that GWC will serve water to the site.

- All residential projects
Will-Serve Process & Requirements
GWC may request further information or clarification to allow GWC to consider the application. By signing this application, the owner agrees to reimburse GWC for all engineering, legal, and other expenses necessary to review this project. All project engineering and design will reflect all current GWC, Douglas County, and Uniform Plumbing Code standards. Will Serve Letters will automatically expire 180 days from the date of issuance. If substantial progress is being made by the owner regarding the development, the Will Serve Letter may be extended.
