Turning water off for vacations or repairs?
Get familiar with the location of your domestic water shut off valve
should you need to access it in an emergency.
Also, know where your irrigation shut off is and know how to operate them both. NEVER access the meter pit or allow your plumber or landscaper to do so either. If you need the water turned off at the meter you must contact our office. We do have an emergency number available if you ever are in an emergency situation and need the water turned off at the meter by our operators.
Please plan ahead and let our office know if you need the water off for repairs or vacation at least 24 hours beforehand so we can get it scheduled for you.
Our operators are in the field 7am-4pm Monday through Friday. When you are ready to turn the water back on please know that it must be scheduled and there must be an authorized person present at the time of turn on. If you will not be able to be home or at your place of business when the water will be turned on you must complete and return the following form to our office.
